I am using Loop Mobile(Prepaid) from past 7 Years, now I am fed up of their service. I have decided to change my network and requested for Mobile number portability. but company is NOT allowing me change network with following reason " Consumer should be in base plan for three months before opting mnp service ".


Please look into the matter.
