Worst service and the costly affair it turns out using their service. Earlier also when ever used never ever happy.....recommend to use international roaming than their ervice

As per our tele con, I have explained my case of being your client and using your service for the cell phone for last so many years; I have lost the cell while coming back and as such the condition of the phone given was bad almost in two pieces and had requested your agent who in any case had left the job and promised what best could be done . I had requested for Sim lost to be charged as 5k seems way beyond the amt for that handset in the condition provided. I understand what u stated on the agreement but customer service can see what best can be done to revert the charge as it has become the most annoying and insensitive customer support experience of my life....won't recommend your service to anyone.

Need some serious look in your agency you have appointed and action on the money to be reverted back ASAP.
