Dear Team,
MTNL has come up with some dues of my dolphin mobile number which was used by me almost 5 years back.
They are putting mental pressure on me to pay the bill with out providing any relevant me the details on the same which i have requested.
As per me i cleared all my dues before disconnection of that number. As this issue is very old and giving respect to their demand i have shown them my willingness to pay all the valid dues after getting the itemized bill so that i can get litte more clarification on this bill before paying it.
They are not providing me itemized bill instead they are sending me disturbing and threatening letters and messages to me.
Now i have been mentaly forced to pay that bill with out any authentiacation of the same.
Kindly look into the matter and advise
