I need to complain agaignst Mr. kamal Arora, the attending person at Certified Service Centre, Service Point, 233/1,S.U.S Nagar, B/S Preet Hotel, Jalandar who misbehaved witth me when i had gone to the centre to solve a problem i had been facing in the mobile handset for the past 5-6 days. Not only he was rude to talk but but also at the first fo he denied any problem in the handset. After demonstrating the problem to him, around five minutes later he acknowledges the problem he had just denied. On being told about his rude behaviour, he turned all the more rude n ignored me by talking to and attending a new costomer while i had was still not over with the talk. Then he directed me to lodge a complaint against him saying he ll provide the servicing after i lodge the complaint against him. I request to strictly deal with him for misbehaving with a customer ( female) n giving directions to rest of the staff so that they never do the same.
