I had purchased a new postpaid connection on dated 21/May/2010 with submission of Rs 500/- from a RELIANCE DSA - Fastest Solution addressed A-1/51, 1st Floor, Sewak Park Extn. Main Dwarka Road, Opp Dwarka Hospital, New Delhi-110059 and DSA code is 5001170490. But till yesterday (25/May/2010) i didn't received any communication from the agency for my connection as it is still not activate. When i call up to the executive who walk in to my office he said we are not able to activate your number then i ask for my advance then he said is will be refund to you but till today evening i have not received my money back. Then again i tried to call up to executive he neglected to attend my call.

I am trying to contect you on your landline number but there is not any response receive from your side and then i tried to contect the DSA then the number provided on slip it is wrong.

Note: I have already send this mail to Mr.Anuj (Nodal Officer) on 26/05/2010 but tiil date no Resolution for this quary.

Please provide me the resolution of my query else i do the further action.
