I have applied for IDEA prepaid to TATA DOCOMO postpaid connection under MNP. I submitted all my document to tata docomo executive on 3rd Dec. But till date i have no response from tata docomo. I have the new sim but neither i got any message of activation nor any kind of response.
I called Tata docomo customer care so many times but everytime they said that they are not able to see my request. they asked me to contact Idea CC for the request or contact the tata docomo executive.

Now IDEA cusotmer care response is not at all good and i didn't get any useful information from there.

The tata docomo executive is not responding and not picking my calls. hie name is I guess Akashay (mobile number : 7276157032).

I am lingering in between two customor care . Please reply me ASAP.
