A company manufactures mobile and sells it in the market with its own brand name, the other company which has got good brand name buys mobile from that company and uses its brand name and sells the same product by just engraving it name on mobile for high price than the price of other company which sells with its brand name.I do think good brand company had taken permission from the later company, but here as a customer we are been cheated by good brand company because its selling other company's product with its brand name with high price can we raise can any action against the company which as got good brand image.
