I had bought a mobile connection from idea delhi, by giving my passport as id and address proof, and paid an advance rental of 2 years, they disconnected the service within 3 days stating that my address cannot be verified. When i checked with them they had entered wrong address on to their system.

They are refusing the activate the phone or refund the advance rental
