my mobile number is 9945597619 service provider is airtel teleservices
their was an outstanding mobile bill of 3600 of my number, i had cleared a sum of 3000 from my a/c check on 23rd july 2010, where in my outstanding is 600 only and my credit limit of the number is 6300/- . today on 26th july from morning my outgoing call facilities is been barred from the service provider without any intimation. where in today morning i was suppose to give some details over the phone for my visa process for Hong Kong , to the same i am flying on this 28th july which i was not able to do over the phone, i am using this number since 5years and today i was really hurted due to the non professional movements from this service provider,
I sincerely request the consumer forum to take this complaint seriously and help me out on this issue & take a very lesson learning actions against the Airtel company which is giving a worst service now a days to the customers.
