on the date of 23-dec-2011 at 12.30 pm i recive message. from mts mobile companie this message from 665666. and it was write that send sms 'M offer' sms on 53131 or payen nischit free talktime.and in future you can be will win SMART Phone. this offer vaild till 31- dec-2011.

sir, i sending sms on 53131 write 'M offer'. after sending it. after that i recived sms in this sms written that you get 40 local minutes. and this talktime will be recive in 72 hours. and 3rs was debated from my account, but now a days i cannot be recive 40 laocl minutes. last 5 days i trying to call customer care. two times they say that our server working very slow so, i cannot be give any information, plz call later. then many time i call to customer care but all times my call cannot be connect. i also try in night 11 pm, but cannot be success.

so, i request that plz give me 40 local minutes if not possible then return my 3rs. in my main balance. and give punishment to telecoms operator so that in future cannot be do this type of mistake. plz consume form help me.
