I am B. Srishailam, Bhongir, Nalgonda dist A.P and my MTS mobile No: 9133933990, i got a message on 13/01/2012 (i.e Mts launching STV at 198, you can enjoy unlimited local MTS to MTS calls, daily 30 local mins to other mobile FREE with 30 days validity. T&C apply.) then i recharged 198, But in my mobile i have got daily 30 local calls only to other networks. but calls are not connecting to MTS to MTS, then i called customer care, they told that the offer is valid only selected cities, if the offer is valid for only selected cities they would not send the message to my mobile no. they would send the message who's eligible for the selected cities people. By this message all the MTS costumers around the state (A.P) have suffered due to not connecting the MTS to MTS mobile free calls, The MTS network had absolutely cheated the valuable customers. Please take necessary action immediately.
