Sub: My Post Paid Numbers are not Activated in the name of JAFFER SHARIFF.
I have taken two Postpaid Numbers. from TATA DOCOMO still they are not activated i have received Verification also still they have not activated those Nos.
I request you to Kindly Activate My Post Paid Nos.*+917411000030* & *+917411000040*.
I have deposited Rs.500/- also for the No.+917411000030. I received the
call from Customer Care from the NO.04466682400 that if i Deposit Rs.500/- of any Number then they will Activated both the Nos. I have already given three times Request after depositing the cash but still my request No.295370277 has not been soiled, what is the problem you let me know,
last mail also you they sent that it will be soiled on 23 Jan-12 but nobody
doesn't soiled my problems, please ones again i am requesting you to soiled my problems.Everyday i am calling customer care from 14-Jan-12t hey are not giving any response, When i call to customer care they will just taking request & giving request No & Date but they are not working on that, after request date Expire when called again just they will give answer that we are not having the status of it please visit to nearest tata docomo office and give the request they will help out, I have already visit to Docomo office 3 times also they will just taking request & sending mails to customer care, But still not activated, Please please activate My two numbers 7411000030 & 7411000040.
