Regarding above said connection as we hv got the ADD ON connection by yr exexutive Mr.Dinesh
and having the discussion submitt all the relavent docs as well as my photo on 30/7/2010 July and he is duely agreed to activate the same with in 4 hrs but regrett to inform you till date same is not been activated and as we hv alreday been contacted customer care 4 to 5 times daily and getting falls information like it will be getting activated in hour/in the evening etc. also I visited reliance web here in secunderabad and getting activated but after 1hrs again disconnected and pls note that we do hv around 40 connection all over India due to this negligence we r going to disconnect and being in service industry it is not at all acceptable and we will put the same in DC daily too
