this is to inform you that i am your customer since 2003 and my mobile no. is 9866002682 and my wife also a customer to your esteemed company. As we have developed a confident on your company that your company is "no problem creating network company" even in districts and in out stations. But, two months onwards my wife mobile no. 9959716791 has a network problem in the city only. she is working at Trimulgerry and we are not able to talk on mobile because of network problem. i wondered that even outstations i have got a good communication with the company's network, but this network problem in the city on the above said mobile number creating very problem between us. And i am could not even contact with your customer care person because of computerised conversions. please inform me about the problem immediately on my mobile.
