Angry No benefits of Vodafone Scheme

I, Resha Haria, was offered a scheme from Vodafone by dialling 121 from my mobile which gave me 1400 local & STD minutes along with 750 local messages by recharging for Rs 751/- and validity till 11th July,2010. This scheme was activated on 12th May,2010. By evening of 14th May,2010 I dialled *225*8# from my cell & checked the number of minutes that I was left with and it showed 0 minutes were left. I was shocked as I had utilized less than 60 minutes. So I lodged a complaint with Vodafone about the same. After many complaints they told me that they were helpless as their system showed that my 1400 minutes were utilized & 0 minutes were left. I asked them if I could just get to know the usage from 12th May,2010 to 14th May,2010 so that I could verify how were the minutes utilized. They told me that they couldn't do that and for that I would have to order an itemized bill for which I would be charged an additional Rs 49/- (as i was a pre-paid customer) and that the bill could only be ordered in the month of June. So I had to wait for a fortnight and ordered the bill. Also after the request for bill is placed, it takes 10 working days for the Bill to arrive. I ordered for the Bill and finally recieved it on 26th June,2010. The itemized Bill clearly showed that I haven't got any benefit for the calling part of my scheme i.e. I was charged the regular 60paise/minute for the outgoing calls whereas according to the scheme I wasnt going to be charged for the outgoing calls after having recharged for Rs 751/-. itook the itemized Bill and went to the Vodafone Store, Borivali(W) on 28th June,2010. There my greivance was attended by Mr Shyam Pathak who saw the Itemized Bill that I showed him & sent an e-mail to his higher Dept reagarding my complaint. He assured me that I would get a response from their side in 3 days i.e by 1st July,2010 and gave me my complaint no:80034156. I didn't recieve any response from their side by 1st July, so I again lodged a complaint regarding it on 1st July,2010; Complaint No:80458080 & also spoke to Team MAnager- Vikas Vilapare. He assured me that my complaint will be resolved in next 48 hours & that it was under process. Even in next 48hrs ie till 3rd July,2010, I did not get a response from their side & called 121-Vodafone helpline on 3rd July,2010 & spoke to Team Lead- Ashish & his senior Hussain, who told me that my complaint will certainly be resolved by 5th July,2010, 6 p.m.. But still there was no response & my complaint stands unresolved with each time Vodafone only asking for my time for the complaint to resolve. It's been almost two months now but have not got a solution to my complaint.
    My final complaint no is:996812688.

    Thanks. Please help.
