Dear Sir/ Madam,

An official complaint was lodged with Reliance web world in Belgaum ( Twice), regarding no/ poor connectivity in our office and residence. Because of which we are suffering from lost of business and straining our relations with customers and clients.

We have all the correspondance done regarding this complaint in the form of evidence and we have attested copies from Reliance Web world , Belgaum from where we have got this connection.

Since cell no 09019144330 is already issued to many we can not afford to chnage just because of this problem, What is expected from service provider is to provide prpoer signal/ connectivity at both the places as mentioned above.

This action shall be taken on immediate basis.
