Myself Narsingh kaushal residing in C-75, Gandhi Vihar Delhi-9; I hereby wish to raise a complaint against Nokia for not owning up the pathetic service provided by their Nokia care unit. I purchased a Nokia 5130 (Silver) dated in 28 July, 2009 and the phone in under warranty still. IMEI No. 3552320366447014
My phone has not been showing Airtel sim and signal and I reported to M/s. – Durga Communication Delhi (Nokia Care) for repair which is the authorized nokia care center as Nokia claims that the phone needs to be repaired only by an authorized service center. Concern Persons details are given below.

I realized that the unit there was a money making racket and nokia care executive claimed that there has been water logging issue with my phone and hence they need to charge me money for 780/- My cell is under warranty still way I pay him money for the same.
Durga Communication Delhi (Nokia Care) is not working properly and the people started complaining that my voice quality is very bad and they can hardly hear me, initially I assumed that to be a network issue however i was convinced when I changed my handset for a day and checked it was not the network but my phone issue.
When I was not satisfy with the service of Durga Communication Delhi (Nokia Care) and Then I took the phone to the Nokia care in Pitampura ACE Communication(Nokia Care),151,1ST Floor ,Kapil Vihar Near Metro Pilar No.353, Main Road Pitam Pura New Delhi-110034 and was surprised to find out that my phones was physically damaged as par speech of Miss. Sneha C.C.U ,Token No.10, dated 23/07/2010 the previous care center had soldered something over my phone and since it was a physical damage the warranty does not stand good.
Nokia is a responsibility of Nokia and issues like these needs to be addressed without mental torture for the customer. Now I shout at the top of my voice to ensure the person on the other end atleast get to hear what i am trying to say... I have been facing for 7 days problem. You are requested to take the matter seriously before the service centre lost the goodwill of nokia care and should provide a suitable resolution
