I m here to draw your kind attention that I have been aggrieved by the Telecom Operator Vodafone Essar Ltd.. They are not refunding my initial deposit with them, though I have agreed to all their terms and conditions. It has been a hectic task for me to call them again and again and ask them to pay me back the dues towards me, instead of being given appropriate assurances all the time.

All the needed details would be provided to the highness on request therefrom.

Please do the needful by regisatering my complaint against them.
