I was holding a WLL connection of Reliance. I have withdrawn the connection and surrender alongwith the handset. For last 9 months I am asking for refund of the security deposits of Rs. 3,000/-. As I donot have the written complaints, the customer care of Raipur is referring various officials one by one and the process ultimately did not materialised. I am frustrated and disappointed with repeated ring up of different officials. Finally I have decided to withdraw all relation with reliance and surrendered my mobile connection which was for last 7 years. The customer care although promised to refund at the time of surrender, the refund is yet to be received by me. My WLL connection no. 0771-3294284 and my mobile no. was 9300277725.
