I had a reliance datacard connection against the number 9314691499, taken at bikaner, rajasthan. On 27 dec 09 i surrendered the connection and filled up the termination form at reliance web world at bikaner, silver square, rani bazar and clered my last generated bill for an amount of rs 700/- approx.

Till today i have not got my 1000/- of security deposit from reliance. Several visits, calls to nodal officer and appellette authority rajasthan yield no result. Everytime i enquired about this, they used to say that we can not do anything, the cheque has not been released.

I hope according to trai, any security deposit must be refunded to the customer after termination of connection within 90 days max. They what should i do?? Who will pay the interest of my 1000/- bucks which is illegally apprehended by reliance till date. Who will going to pay back the money i have alreay expended for making n number of calls to reliance to enquire about my fate.

Should i lodge a complaint to consumer court, kindly advice.
