Hi,i recharged my cdma reliance mobile 9390940232 for 599 rs through icici online banking,the payment was succesfull and my account balance was deducted with 599 rs but since one week the amount has not been recharged in my mobile,i have called customer care 30-40 times but they say call us back after 1 hr as we are busy or they say to get back to us tomorrow.please help me to recover my money

Same problem happened with me but i got my money back from ICICI...Actually online you can only recharge with a round figure of 50/100/200/300... So 599 is not accepted in this case as its a Odd figure..So the recharge is not done i think so

Hi, i recharged my friend's reliance cdma mobile 9391833340 for Rs 599 through Axis online banking on 26/06/2011. The transaction was successful and the amount Rs 599 has already been deducted from my account , however the amount has not been recharged yet.
I called the customer care several times but all was in vain. They told me to contact axis bank in order to recover my money. Please help me in getting my money back.

I would like to inform you that on 05/07/2011 , i got a mail from reliance customer care stating that my problem has been solved and the recharge(unlimited Rs 599) has been made to the number 9391833340.
But I am yet to get the benefit (unlimited talk-time).
Kindly look into the matter seriously.
