We are completely dissatisfied with the quality of service, behavior, response and approach of the customer executives assisting us in each of the Vodafone stores with respect to the following:
Firstly, we were not completely informed about the different requirements for the procedure of change of SIM registration such as a duly signed transfer form, relationship proof like a ration card with names of G and H in it and proof of identity of G and H like PAN card. We learnt about these requirements after our repetitive visits over a period of time. Secondly, on each of our visits since a new customer executive was assisting us he/ she would ask for certain additional documents/ requirements (viz self certification with name, few more proofs showing relationship proof, proofs of address, etc.) over and above the requirements listed above. Thirdly, on fulfilling the additional requirements after more than half a dozen visits, in our next visit we were asked to show the originals which were never informed to us as one of the requirement in any of our earlier visits. Fourthly, in our next visit we produced the original copies of the required documents. However, the original documents of G were not available (since the person doesn’t stay in India). Hence, we produced the certified true copies of the documents certified by a Chartered Accountant and the government officer. However the same were not accepted by the customer executives.
In a nut shell, the matter still remains unresolved since last one year, with a mere wastage of our time, energy and efforts. Our trust on Vodafone for the high level of quality of service offerings has all gone for a toss.
