I have software problem with my 7210 model mobile phone.Yesterday I been to Nokia premium care center which is located in Shivajinagar, Pune, 411005. They told me that they will not accept my mobile as system is down and asked me to come today. But when today I reached there they told me that yet system is down and they will not accept my mobile. I told them that tomorrow is last date of my mobile pboen. and I am going out of station today evening. But then also they havent accpeted my mobile phone for updates due to which I am getting trouble.
Fot this I would say that
NOKIA IS BEST IN THE WORLD BUT THE PREMIUM CUSTOMER CARE IS WORST IN THE WORLD.
