My cell no. is 9863315378, I am paying a GPRS rental of RS 249 Monthly , but as such the GPRS NETWORK IS SO POOR THAT I AM HARDLY ABLE TO ACCESS INTERNET. I have even tried switching handsets but to no awail. I have been calling up customer care no. 9863098630 & telling them regarding my agongy since past 1 year or so but they don't seem to have any knowledge whatsoever regarding GPRS. I guess the only option know left is to change over to some other network.
