i had got airtel prepaid connection jan 2010, in the month of feb. i had received a call from airtel for adress verification and verification was done, may 10th without informing either by SMS or a call airtel banned my out going call, and then called up airtel customer care, he ( excutive) asked me the adress what i have given at the time of purchase , it was matching with their data base, hen he told i will resolve this issue wih in two days.They made my sim inactive on may 15th even thought i have once again submitted my address proof to airtel customer relationship office on may 14th,
Now i got Airtel nodal officer no. from airtel customer care , I will update here after speaking with nodal officer,
