    Default Prepaid Airtel Connection Complaint--CELL NO. service disconnected

    i had got airtel prepaid connection jan 2010, in the month of feb. i had received a call from airtel for adress verification and verification was done, may 10th without informing either by SMS or a call airtel banned my out going call, and then called up airtel customer care, he ( excutive) asked me the adress what i have given at the time of purchase , it was matching with their data base, hen he told i will resolve this issue wih in two days.They made my sim inactive on may 15th even thought i have once again submitted my address proof to airtel customer relationship office on may 14th,
    Now i got Airtel nodal officer no. from airtel customer care , I will update here after speaking with nodal officer,

    Default not able to reach customer care prepaid airtel

    I might have called hundread times to speak to airtel customer care everytime it gets cut or not able to reach. What kind of service these screwheads give to customers disgusting

    Default Disconnection of pre-paid Airtel number

    Respected Sir/Madam

    I am using Airtel mobile 9928496212 since Oct 2006, but on 28 May 2010 my number has been disconnected through Airtel and when i inquire about this in customer care they told me that i have not submit my necessary document as Id proof at the time of receiving this number but i did submit a copy of my passport at the time of receiving this number, even i am ready to submit in once again if company require but they say that i have to purchase new SIM because this number can not be reactive. I wanted to know if company say that my document was incomplete then how they gave me liberty to use Airtel number for 3.5 years.

    Due to this i am facing lots of problem to communicate with my client and friends. I have also mail my this complaint Manager of Airtel with a Scan copy of passport as ID proof for re-activation my number. But no one has solved my complaint till now.

    Please help me out.

    Default about airtel gallery irresponsibility

    Sir,
    My name is jibin sam mathew and i am using the airtel no 9867090990since the first week of october 2010. I submitted my id proof and photo to the retailer at the time of purchase and they gave it to the airtel salesman and after some days by october last i got a message that my documents is not submitted and i have submit it again. so on the next day i went to a airtel gallery near thane and submitted my documets there. But my no got barred by 9th of november 2010 and again i went to the airtel gallery and they are telling that my no is deleted and they can't do anything.But when i called the customer care they told that my id is not submitted. So now i want to getback my no or want the details about my id proofs which i submitted.Otherwise i will be forced to complaint about this before the cybercell.

    Default my prepaid connection

    I am having a new prepaid connection of air tel since 24th of oct 2010, my mobile no is 9829178227, I have submitted my all documents to deler whose name and is dashora medical stores infront of referal hospital udaipur road nimbahera dist chittorgarh (rajasthan) from where I have purchased the sim or my connection, since last two days after the connection purchased one month, I am receiving sms daily that my documents are not uptodate or not received to concerned airtel office. when i contacted to air tel coustmar care on 121 or 198, they simply replied that they are helpless and still my status of connection is not ok. they advised me to contact where i have purchased it. when I contacted to my deler that why my papers are not sent by him to air tle, he replied it is not his fault that my papers are being sent by him, now what should i do? what is my fault? i have submitted my all documents at the time of purchase of my connection. if my connection will be closed by airtel and not solved my problem regarding updation of my documents, pl note, I will file a legal case against AIR TEL.. with regards P.K.SHARMA 244 RK COLONY NIMBAHERA DIST CHITTORGARH RAJASTHAN

    Angry new connection no. 8826867696 not working

    I Khairati Lal Nanda have purchased new sim mobile connection No. 8826867696 on 4.11.2010 after submission of complete form along with complete documents but the same had activated after 36 hours.

    now from one week and above i.e. from 18.11.2010 this no. is not working. I contacted your call centers no. 9810198101 on so many time and also contacted dealer from i have purchased the connection no. on so many times and again submiutted complete form and complete documents id etc. to the dealer but still my no. 8826867696 is not working.

    on the above i think your services are very bad because nothing has been heard after passing near about 25 days. kindly look into this matter personally and start my connection as soon as possible so i can use your good services otherwise i would have no option to close this connection and contact other company for new connection.

    Default disconnection of service

    Hi, My no. is 9818166430 and I'm using this no. from 2002,I'm in madrid at present and was using this no. to get the bank details and PIN in madrid to do the online transactions as well.Now my no. is not working and when i enquired they 121@aritel is saying that my no. is discontinued from 27oct10 whereas they themselve send me the PUK 2-3 days back and never asked for any proof and now they are saying that your no. has been blocked due to no documents.Though i received the SMS for document on 20th nov stating that you will have to rpoduce the doc and there it was not mentioned that my services will be discontinued...please do the needful as i'm a regular customer of airtel and need that no. urgently as i'm outside india

    Default broadband problem

    Angry my out going and sms is barred

    my airtel connection 9567454292 has been barred from this morning(07/12/2010). I called customer care. the executive asked me my full address, after giving answer that guy assured me that it will be active. (reference number: CWBAR21208073593). later i called customer care again, they asked me my address again (CWBAR21208122479). i answered his questions (i may have told them my new po) and he told me to re-submit my photo and id proof again. Sir please take care of this situation.

    I got a message from Airtel about service disconnection mobile # 9177448822 if I don't submit my documents by 16 Dec 2010. I have submitted my documents when taking this connection.
    Can I get some resolution asap as I'll be leaving the country on a trip

    Thumbs down Mobile no. disconnected due to non submission of documents

    Hi,

    My Airtel mobile no. is 9789035266 and this is my official no which i am loosing all my enquires from vendors. I received an sms from Airtel for non submission of documents i went to the dealer from where i purchased the sim card he said he already submitted the documents. After 3 months surprisingly without any information today (13.12.2010) Airtel has deactivated my number and when i called their customer care they said due to non submission of documents the no has been disconnected. I was surprised b'coz without submission of proper documents no dealer/franchise will not issue the new SIM Card and if he has not submitted the documents to the Airtel how we are related and harrasing like this. Does airtel don't have any tracking on their dealer/franchises like which nos has been issued to whom and can't can they ask them for documents. B'coz of somebody else mistake why should we suffer running behind everybody and due to their fault why should we loose our money by submitting one more set of documents, photographs and run to the nearest customer care after all this, they said it will be activated with in 48hrs. Is it fair? Can't they question the dealer/ related marketing executives for not submitting the documents after activation. Is it not related marketing executive responsibility to collect these documents or please don't activate the no. until u receive all the documents. So that we will not share the no. till it is activated. This is not fare and indirectly you are all harrassing the customers by taking money to activate or by recharging the sim.

    Dear Rakesh,

    Thank you for your immediate action my no has been re-activated but, before disconnection i have some currency/balance in my a/c while re-activation process i lost that money now my a/c bal became ZERO. How will i get back my balance. I have contacted your customer care but none of them helped me resolving my problem. Please resolve this issue asap.

On my mobile sports pack activated without my knowledge. my complaint number against this service is cckwc31210359129 dated 10/12/2010. but till date i do not get any response from your side.     Default Service Disconnected Inspite of Doccument submitted

    Dear Sir / Madam

    I am Mrs Ravinder kumari Sharma Having Airtel prepaid connection 9872205529 with sim no.-8991020309120307254 since July 2009.

    My mobile services has been blocked without any reasons,where as I had submitted all my Identity proof two times to Amritsar office at M.M.Malviya Road.Verification Form deposited details are OMR-021661297 dated-14/10/2010 and Five days later Form No.-OMR-22006447.

    I had talked to chandigarh and Amritsar office numbers of time but they all spechless (They have no reason of justification why my mobile services are blocked).Its important to say here that I still have balance left in my airtel prepaid connection and I am not getting services.

    I am really very upset " why such a esteem company have poor approach towards customers services".

    Can I lookforward connection re-activation or I should know some other door.

    Cool Airtel prepaid connection disconnected

    Airtel is giving me a tough time. My connection 9650139763 which was taken in july 2009 by Voter ID card as proof, was working fine till dec 2010 except 2 days disconnection in november for document / address proof id etc. The connection got re-activated after submitting the documents in november 2010. This time my documents included voter ID, PAN, Bank Account proof...what all they need more i wonder!!!

    I wonder why the airtel or their dealers are so lax in handling the submitted documents properly and keep troubling the customers. Even my connection was re-activate within 20 days they again started sending the doc/proof related. It is tough to find time for every now and then for airtel for any one working hard log week days. At last they disconnected my connection on jan 05 2011 and that is still disconnected.

    Thanks to the number portability, now they will learn to serve or loose.. Anybody listening from airtel!!!!

    i was issued prepaid sim no 9936090540 on 17 May but after 4 days my outgping was debarred as there was some problem with my PAN card did not have a clear photo I am a serving Air Force Officer and again gave a fresh id proof of my Passport. but it has been 5 days my connection is still not restored above that i been constantly getting non sense messages like hellotunes renewed, friends' locator renewed though i hv not been subscribed with any of them.....kindly help

    Default airtel disconnected unfairly

    I had taken a connection on May 31st and submitted my documents as required. A week back Airtel disconnected my mobile and then connected it back again. Now again it is gone. I don't know what is happening and why Airtel is doing this to me. All outgoing calls are barred and I'm losing important client opportunities.

    I had purchased a new connection on 12/04/11 from Mr. Raju, one of representative of Airtel. I work for Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. So I had to have an corporate connection. I had paid Rs.700 for this as advance rental of 2 years. This connection worked for 3day after that I had a call from your representative that as address verification has not been done, my outgoing call will be barred. I request them to verify my address but nobody came to my address for verification. After more 3-4 days my incoming call were also barred. I request on customer care 121 to verify my address 2 times. But nothing happened. After one week I received a bill of Rs. 108 at my address. I call to Mr. Raju. He gave me number of his GM Mr. R K Goel. I called on that number. He replied that he will look into the matter. After that I made so many calls to Mr. R K Goel but did not get any satisfactory response. Now I want refund of My payment or activation of this connection. Please do me this favour. I shall be obliged to you.

    Angry Deletion of Mobile No.8349421222

    Dear Concerned,
    I had bought an Airtel Sim wirh mobile no 8349421222 on June 3 2011, subsequently it was activated also. I got it recharged for Rs 500/- It worked for a week and thereafter the sevices were temporalily with drawn on the pretext that the documents were not submitted, which was quiet ridiculous as all the required documents had been duly submitted. Any how, I resubmitted the documents again and when the service was not restored I contacted the local Airtel office in Bhilai and to my dismay I was informed that my number had been deleted.
    I tried to contact the nodal officer and have sent mails also but no response from Airtel. I have lost the balance of nearly Rs 400/-.
    Is this the credibility that the Airtel boasts off?

    Thumbs down airtel's theft

    airtel has been deducting rs.5 everyday from my prepaid number 8870262866 for some stupid service called \'hungama mobile video\'. There is no option to deactivate it. I contacted the complaint cell twice and they promised to deactivate it. But they never did. Im getting frustated. I cant afford to pay rs.5 everyday just to use the airtel\'s dumb services. If airtel doesnt refund all my money debited for hungama video services, i WILL STOP USING AIRTEL AND i WILL CHANGE MY SERVICE PROVIDER.
    I hope you understand what i mean.
