    Thumbs down Prepaid Tata Docomo Fooling the Customer

    Dear Sir,

    Today I have topped up my prepaid tata docomo number 9043997826 with 180 rupees seeing their promotions on the website Prepay Offers

    The website showed that 180 top up gets 200 rupees as a special offer valid till 30th June 2010.

    But actually it has recharged me only for 163 rupees. I got shocked.

    When i spoke to customer care 121 they are telling offer got over by 20th june itself and they are just saying sorry. The customer service representative name is Vimal Raj and his designation is Floor Supervisor. He completely accepts that it is a total problem their side and does not want to be accountable for that.

    If they are fooling the customers like this the government or the legal department should take a sever action against them and do justice to the customers like me.

    Default Tata docomo activates service without customers knowledge

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have topped up my prepaid tata docomo number 9029259763 with 100 rupees on 23rd July 2010 and on 24th July 2010, I received a sms saying your buddy chat service has been renewed and renewal charges are Rs 30.00.

    Similar message was received on 22nd July 2010 saying your buddy chat service has been renewed for 2 days and Rs 2.00 and after that I tried calling Tata Docomo customer care but could not reach them. Every time when I called customer care, I was stranded (on hold for more then 30 mins) and could not reach them. Finally I was able to talk to CC person (Anita) on 25th July at around 11.00 am. When I tried explaining her about the fact that I had never subscribed for buddy chat service, she was not ready to accept that. I told her to put me on line to senior authority person; having said yes she kept me on hold for more than 10 mins and finally I was not patched with senior authority person.

    I again tried calling CC, after trying for more than 10 times I could connect to CC. This time it was Poonam. She was at least able to understand my problem and put me online with her senior authority person Swati. The senior person did not accept the fact that I had not subscribed for buddy chat service.

    I don’t know what to do, as I always keep on receiving the sms from the buddy chat services and it’s very frustrating.

    I had also requested Tata Docomo CC person to stop this service and she denied doing the same. She said it’s a paid service and you have to do it your self buy dialing in the number 543216 and for which you will be charged at 5p/sec.

    I tried calling up 543216 and followed the instruction provide through voice recording message to stop the service twice but could not get success as the long recorded message kept repeating and my balance got drained out. First time Rs. 10.00 got deducted and second time Rs. 8.00 got deducted but the service hasn’t stop.

    I am fed up with the TATA DOCOMO's unethical and irresponsible behavior, this has caused me a mental harassment and financial loss. I want the refund for the loss that has happened and also to take some legal action against the TATA DOCOMO.

    Exclamation I dont get balance

    yesterday i recharge my mobile no.917415764309(tata docomo) with 100 rs top up through icici internate banking but up til now i dont get balance. and 100 rs are gon from my account. why it happens...i need justice

    Default Tata Docomo online recharge not credited

    Dear Sir,

    On 15th of January 2011, I recharged online my Tata Docomo connection,but till today (that is 10th February 2011), they did not take proper initiative about this matter. If I speak to customer cara executives, they give me some or the other assurance but all are waste talks. They say that they will credit to my bank account but still it is not done. As a proof I have mailed my bank statement to them but till now I did not get any solution. My Tata Docomo No. is 8147777615

    Default Activation of personalized horoscope pack without my notice

    Dear sir,

    I got a sms from tata docomo that personalized horoscope pack was activated and Rs 10/- was deducted from my account balance.
    Actually i didn't request to activate any value added services.
    I contact to customer care executive, but he was not responding good and he repeatedly told that without my request that pack can't get activated.
    I explained him for 5 minutes, but he was not accepted it.
    I asked him to transfer the call to his higher official, for that too he refused to do.

    I want to deactivate that pack and also refund of my money that was taken wrongly for that pack.

    Tamilnadu telecom circle.

    Got sms at 5.59 PM - 17.05.2011
    Contact customer care at 6.05 PM - 17.05.2011

    I wish to rectify this issue as soon as possible

    I, Hari Kishan T faced the same problem posted above regarding "personalized horoscope activation issue"

    I got a sms from tata docomo saying personalized horoscope pack was activated and Rs 10/- was deducted from my account balance.

    How can this happen. It is annoying.

    To unsubscribe I dialed to 155223, but even that was helpful. It was just a waste of time calling the customer care numbers

    I want to deactivate that pack and also refund my money that was taken wrongly for that pack. Make sure that such issues shudn't come in.

    Default Recharge not Showing

    I recharged 100 rupees through tata docomo website for my prepaid mobile phone. It is not showing up in my cellphone although that payment was complete 4 hrs back.

    How long does it take for online recharge to showup

    Sir,
    My mobile number- 8891590834
    My balance three times lost.Calling customer care they replied that i can not help that problem.One day suddenly get a message is " thank you for downloading game in 3g wap service", but 3g service not providing in my area.And my 53 rs deducted from my account. The second balance deducted Rs 27 and third time balance deducted is 3 rs. Complaint the customer care, they telling for inconvenience.But no amount refund in my account. Only one time is connecting customer care in a day.And after got a message please mail and telling mail id.

    SUMMERY: GOVERNMENT TAKE AN ACTION THIS NETWORK.THIS NETWORK IS ILLEGALLY DEDUCTING BALANCE IN CUSTOMERS.MY TOTAL BALANCE DEDUCTION IS 83 RS IN A MONTH IN THREE TIMES.GOVERNMENT TAKE AN ACTION TO THIS DOCOMO NETWORK.THEY FOOLISH THE
    CUSTOMERS.AND AMOUNT REFUND THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES, THEY WERE THE REPLY IS SORRY NO WAY TO REFUND THE AMOUNT.PLEASE CHECK MY MOBILE NUMBER AND TAKE AN ACTION TO THIS NETWORK. IMMEDIATELY PLEASE.

    i have been charge at many time from tata docomo recently i have been charged 85 rs without any resion when i contact customer care she says that i have charged for internet but i have an internet activated pack before 3 days ago for next 1 month
    Now what can i do for my balance sir please take action aginst tata docomo
