I'm subscriber of the vodafone & my no. is 9953705669. my problem is regarding to GPRS. company provided a offer recharge of Rs. 95 without any extra charges. i have sending a message for GPRS setting & i have received setting of GPRS & try to save the GPRS setiings but settings can't save show me a message "settings authentication will be failure & settings will be discarded". then i talk to customer care executive told me to go to the vodafone store then i'll go to the vodafone store they have manually save the GPRS setting. then i'll surf the GPRS on my hanset company would be charged from my balance.give me my balnce or money back & sortout my problem.
my hanset of sony ericsson & model no. U100i. kindly solve my problem as fast as possible.
