    Default Problems from Vodafone on the rise

    Am fed up with false promises by Vodafone and their network connectivity problem.

    Totally non-ethical way of working.

    It is time now that TRAI reviews the type of complaints of Vodafone and makes them provide a solution to the harassed customers.

    I am very much surprised by the way Vodafone behaves and ignores the problem.

    The least that they could do is atleast give genuine reply on the solution status and deadline.

    Since more than 15 months have passed and they still have a same rpely -- your problem will be solved soon.

    Really fed up with it.

    and when is the due date for the problem to be resolved. ??????????

    And how many more times I have to write here to know when the problem will be solved .
    If you are not interested in solving the problem, let me know accordingly./

    I have already told you that I am paying vodafone the payment.
    SO it is vodafone responsibility and not mine to ensure that there is network connectivity.
    If you want any kind of permission then you have to take initiative and get the permission if you are really interested in solving the problem..


    vodafone has to do whatever it takes to provide the service.

    Why is it that only vodafone has a problem in reaching my number ????
    and everyone else is able to contact me easily?????

    I do not have network connectivity at my place where I reach after 8:00 pm. customer care from vodafone does not call any1 after 6 . so vodafone is giving FALSE STATEMENTS

    so there is no question that you cannot reach me if you really want to do that .

    YOU CAN ALSO REPLY TO MY MAIL. I HAVE BEEN MAILING SINCE MORE THAN MONTH.
    I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY ONE MAIL FROM YOU MENTIONING THAT YOU INFORMED ME OF SITUATION.

    BUT THAT AGAIN IS A FALSE STATEMENT. THIS ALSO WAS SENT BEFORE 21 DAYS.


    AFTER THAT I HAVE SENT 3 MAILS IN 21 DAYS BUT YOU DO NOT REPLY


    WHAT IS THE REASON ??????????????????????????//
