I have a big issue with Vodafone Karnataka. They keep on making promotional calls from automated numbers. The numbers are unsaved in my handset and every time there is a new number. When I respond to the calls its a ivr that speaks out on caller tune or something else. Even when I have registered for the DND services the calls never cease to stop. This is a very disturbing and irritating thing as in when you are in the middle of something important and these stupid calls come. Complaining to Vodafone care have fallen to the deaf ears. Imagine everytime the calls come and then when you receive the calls an irritating automated voice is heard on the other end which is a promotional call. Moreover if you are in Roaming and these calls come from unknown number sometimes you got to respond to the calls as they might be something important and in that case we pay for their promotional calls. Who is responsible and here my point is " Why should we pay for their promotional calls which we are least interested in "

I sincerely hope that this issue would be helped and this forum would look into the issue
