This is to bring to your notice that RCOM GSM Prepaid Mobile Services is deducting money from the balances in the name of services, which I have never activated on my account. They deduct almost Rs. 50.00 to Rs 60.00 every month from my balance. While all these services are activated without prior consent with me.

Whenever, I talk to Customer Care Service, they always de-activate the services by misguiding us that these services are activated by me by responding to their advertisement calls. While I don't entertain any of the advertisement call and simply disconnect.Whenever I ask for refund they always say that technical upgradation is going on.

It seems as if they are told by higher authority to say this if any one asks for refund.If you call them at any instance of day and ask for refund immediately their technical upgradation starts.And this time when I asked him to lodge my compliant and provide me the complaint number , he refused. Then I asked him to put me on the call with his senior ;he immediately disconnected the call without answering. This is the type of service you people provide.

It happens all the time. Its untolerable now.Sometime they say that they have refunded back the money and send an sms.But the refunded money never reaches my account.What I got is just the sms. So, I would like you to kindly look into the matter and GET MY BALANCE REFUND that RCOM has deducted unnecessarily from my account on the name of such services that I havn't activated since the activation of my number.

I have notified you about this earlier also through mail.But again my balance is being deducted in name of services which i have ordered to deactivate and got the confirmation also about them but they are still active on my number.

On 24 of jan 3 Rs were deducted from my account and on 30 jan Rs 20 were deducted without my consent.I would like you to refund that money and kindly deactivate all services except that of call and SMS.
