I am the user of reliance CDMA no. 9310004118, a request was given from my side for porting on 15th Sep-2011. I received code- RD743871, the validity of the same was till 30th sep-2011. On 3rd Oct-2011, my service was terminated by Reliance but it could not be started in Airtel. I have contacted both operator but i could not find any solution I visited Reliance store, and found the details from their side.
According to their record, the no. was successfully portout on 01/10/2011 at 05.34.56.P.M and this is the initial breakup time.

But when I contacted to Airtel they people are saying that the porting request was denied by reliance due to outstanding bill. This is different kind of controversial issue when nobody is responsible the such act.
This time I contacted to Reliance Nodel Officer.Here I receive different reply.

After 15 days long period I could not get my no. 9310004118 activated with Airtel.

whats going wrong with you or either I have to go some where else for solution
