I have recharged on my mobile number 9849672176 Rupees 2,010/- twice on 13-03-2010 ( Tx Id no: 1665745137 ) and another recharge on 19-04-2010 ( with Tx Id no: 958461228 ) with a offer that Airtel will provide Rupees 1,100/- immediately after recharge of Rs 2,010/- in main account on recharge and subsequently Rupees 100/- would be credited in DA 8 account for next 11 months. I have received only Rs 1,100/- twice (on 13-03-2010 & 19-04-2010 ) after recharge but I'm not getting Rs 100/- in DA 8 account regularly.

According to my record I have received only 5 recharges of Rs 100/- each on 15-03-2010, 14-04-2010, 16-05-2010, 13-06-2010, 13-07-2010 in my DA 8 account. I have also lodged complaints with customer care 6 times with the following complaint numbers :

1. 3073117005200 on 31-07-2010
2. 43926686 on 03-08-2010
3. 44038395 on 04-08-2010
4. 44203284 on 05-08-2010
5. 4408505 on 06-08-2010
6. 3080716672100 on 07-08-2010
but no action has been taken so far.

So kindly pursue the matter and get my amount recharged as early as possible and do the needful.
