Dear Sir/Madam,

Myself Sanjay Tyagi , I have taken Reliance services with life time plan and number 8000820477 . i paid 50 and 100 Rs. so many time as Recharge but i got less blance, I don't know why.one day i went there (office) one guy tell me, i understand your problem so sorry but same mistake not repeat again. After few month same problem.Recharge my phone by 50 Rs. than i got 42 Rs. as a balance on 01/09/2010 (Wednesday) but next day i found only 09 Rs. blance without any call. I went there in Rajkot office and tell her my problem, which i have.Reliance staff (Dolly) tell me you got less blance because you have a plan, but i never take any plan.
