My sms pack of 1paise/sms was renewed on 25 jan 2012 and amount has been deducted but still i am being charged rs1 for each sms. Amount is being charged but the pack is probably not activated. I called costumer care on 26th but were of no help. What the hell is wrong with your service. I want my sms pack to be activated soon and also my money to be refunded.
