Dear sir / madam,

I am having a Prepaid Mobile having number 9323051697.

It is seen that after every 3 months, some or other service get activated on the mobile. After making complaint on Customer Care (*333), it gets stopped. After making noise, the money deducted against the same is also get reimbursed. I have kept all the record of last 2 years when it has happened & how it got reimbursed.

Now again the Cricket Score Alert has got activated & money is deducted. I have tried many times in last couple of days to talk to your Customer Care Executive, but on *333, the service is not available & only Computerized Active Voice is On, which is of "no use" since it does not have any facility to register complaint.

I am requesting you to stop the Cricket Score Alert immediately & also STOP THIS NONSENSE of starting any services without request & deducting money.

Also please reimburse the amount which is deducted from my balance.

If it is not done within 48 hours, I will register the complaint against you in Consumer Court at your cost.

Hope you will act upon, since one copy of this is also been registered online on Consumer Court Forum.
