Due to BIG FAT FREE Service activated on my Reliance GSM no. 8817182882,my balance was deducted Rs.5 a day.I lost around Rs.100.I complaint Reliance through customer care,phone,e-mail,visiting reliance web world but didn't got proper assistance.

I recharged my no. with Rs.700 last month which included blackberry services recharge of Rs.398.Within 10 days my SIM was deactivated.The reason given to me was due to insufficient usage and recharge done.I told the reliance officials that i did recharges of over Rs.700 this month.But i didn't got any solution to the problem.My sim has been deactivated since 16 JAN 2012.
