This is your kind information that I (keya dey) reliance CDMA customer from the the last 5 years and my experience with reliance was nice. My complaint with your customer care services, on 20.06.2010 time 10.45 am. i have call reliance castomer care for my caller tune diactivation but response from other side is very bad, i ask his name for his bad behaviour, the customer care person said his name "Dibyendu de". I dont know what he said truth or not.

I am fully surprised that reliance customer care service is go down day by day. My mobile no. is 9339859595 and I waiting for such action that castomer will not suffer from any this kind of situation.

i would like to inform you that i am a reliance cdma coustmer my no. Is 9320704833 and 9320882733 i getting simple-99 plan. But i recevied bill rs.153.00 and 129.00 i can not pay this bill.
I talk reliance coustmer care sangeeta on 24-09-2010 and told each her each and every thing but no reply from her.


Pl solve my problem and reply me what i do.

I am using reliance CDMA number (9335253204)

On 31/01/2010 Rs.49 Deducted from my account
when on 01/02/2011
on morning when i check my account i found Rs. 49 has deducted from my account then immediate i have call on 198 to know why the money has deducted from my account
At 11.00 A.m i call on 198 and started my conversation to Mr. Rakesh they told that some combo pack activated in your account for that they charge Rs.49.
but i never request to approve to activate the service
they are making me fraud by deducting balance from my account then mr rakesh transfer the call to Abhinav, then abhinav transfer the call to shabana, same problem again, shabana transfer the call to her Tl to MR. parthav. the problem is a same when i ask to transfer the call the direct manager they say manager will call you back in before 1.30 pm on same dated.

i have wait but i diidnt recived the call partan has given me one number i.e. (2157667147)
I again call on 198 at 2.30 Pm on same dated then Mis gudu recived the call, but sittl i didnt get proper response regards my balance.

So. sir please take a look of my problem and resolved it.

dear sir/mam..
i have 2 numbers..9352999992 and 9314411116.. someday before i request for partability than i get a call from a number is 9352660378 and his name is sandeep regarding retention.. they give me tariff whichone is accepted by me..next day when they are collecting mine id proof than they refuse from that and talking with me roughly.
they are calling me by abuse words...
these services provided by reliance tellecallers????????
think abt tht services which u r providing us...

Dear Sir / Ma’am,

I am one of your frustrated customers. Using reliance CDMA network from last 6 years but never faced major problems in the time period.But now a days there is network issue with your Reliance services. Following are the issues which I am facing:-

 In New Delhi, Laxmi Nagar, there is no connectivity in calls / SMS from last week.
 Tried your customer care 198 so many times but unable to complain for the issue with customer are executive as every time line got disconnected within 2-3 minutes.
 2 days back, I got connected with 1 of your customer care executive but that time also he asked to call again as Server was down any my issue was not resolved.
 A company like RELIANCE is not supposed to be un-aware from these kind of problems which cause inconvenience to their loyal customers.
 It is very difficult to reach to your customer care and once some body got success in that than your servers would be down how pathetic this is????.
 If you can not give the good services than ask your customers to quiet from Reliance or else take the responsibility to pay for your faults / Misbehave / bad services.
 Whenever I dial *225 to know the balance status, it gives engage tone only (No IVR / Message), if there is engage tone than I should not receive the balance msg but I am getting. Make it very clear, is engage tone the confirmation of request??


Please give the appropriate reply with your further action & who would be the responsible for this harm in last week.

On 29/06/2011 Rs.10 Deducted from my account
last one month i am noticing my balance are deducting without any noti fication so immediate i have call on 198 and *333 to know why the money has deducted from my account
they are not responding
but i never request to approve to activate any of service
they are making me fraud by deducting balance from my account

So. sir please take a look of my problem and resolved it.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am using a Reliance Pre-Paid GSM - 8099054003.

I want to complaint regarding the balance deduction in my account.I called many times at customer care(198) to complaint about this fIrst time they said there is some pack activated but when i told them we haven't activated any pack they spoke very rudely and disconnected my call. My balance is getting deducted for no reason.

Please refund my balance and deactivate the pack which is activated by reliance side automatically, as i haven't activated any such pack.

Request you to help me. Please refund my balance too

i am using the reliance cdma service last 6 years, today i jsut call to the customer support and the team leader Mr. Manoj Chawre is talking with me and his talking behaviour is very bad, and he dont have manners to talk with customer.and ms. Reena also. i dont know how they talk like this with customer..

i am having a complaint against one reliance customer those numer is +919345418600 , who call me yesterday 13/10/2011 at evening around 9.00pm and he usees abuse language , he call me 2 and more times and uses very abuse language , today morning i call him but he was switch off , so m please do something agaist this , Otherwise i have to compliant in Cyber cell
otherwise please mail me , how i can complaint those customer in reliance
