The reliance
This is your kind information that I (keya dey) reliance CDMA customer from the the last 5 years and my experience with reliance was nice. My complaint with your customer care services, on 20.06.2010 time 10.45 am. i have call reliance castomer care for my caller tune diactivation but response from other side is very bad, i ask his name for his bad behaviour, the customer care person said his name "Dibyendu de". I dont know what he said truth or not.
I am fully surprised that reliance customer care service is go down day by day. My mobile no. is 9339859595 and I waiting for such action that castomer will not suffer from any this kind of situation.
