I changed my previous plan of simple 99 post paid to My TrulyUnltdOnnet995 on 8th July 10 as i was told by reliance customer care of reliance to reliance CDMA, GSM & fixed phone free calling.My maximum call was on Reliance Mobile GSM service of west Bengal. 0n 21st July 10 I inquired *222 to no my current bill ,it confirmed of Rs 3140/- & i called customer care where i have been told that if i am calling to Reliance number my final bill will come by deducting those charges. But on 30th July i received an SMS from 52222 that my account usage is high & i have to pay Rs 4401 for uninterrupted service & same as your mail . Please revert & solve my problem as i also verified that those sim are of Reliance Mobile printed on the sim it self.
