Dear Mr. Chatterjee / Mr. Sootha,

This is in reference to my cellular number 9322217949 from mumbai which has been a pioneer cell ever since your company started operations in India.

I have received an SMS today from cellular number 07498656226 which IS THREATENING and has caused me a stress and is not short of Harassment.

" Dear Reliance cust, your number is 9322217949 your bill due date has crossed. Pls pay rs. 301.02 today before 7pm, else outgoing services will be barred. thank y"

Mr. Chatterjee - I have spoken to your office - as usual u r not available! - Mr. Vishal from your team was most UNHELPFUL and could NOT even EMPHATHISE with me to help me resolve this issue.

I have tried to contact MR. Sootha also but his number is continuously engaged.

Points to be noted here -

1. Due date is on 21 Jan 2012 - It has not been crossed
2. As explained already on phone to your customer service exec - MR. Sunil - payment has already been done on this account on 19/1/2012 via ICICI net banking for INR 302.

HENCE it is totally UNETHICAL, ILLEGAL To send the customer like me who has been with you from so many years and has not defaulted to pay the bills till now and has no outstanding till date such an SMS.

This is totally unacceptable. Such an issue has happened before also and I was promised it would not happen again.

I urge you to act on this BLUNDER pronto and revert back to me.
