The customer care is of no use of this service provider ,to resolve a simple problem from CDMA to GSM.

I am suffering this problem from last 5 months, but none of there Higher authority care cell nodal or appellate dept. is identifying the cause to resolve this problem.

Landline of the ww remains off during the working hours.. So what one can expect ???? The sad thing to say is i am following up for the same, rather than they should call to solve customer problem.
After speaking to there cust. care cell, reply comes very effortlessly the documents are not submitted. The documents are submitted twice as per nodal officer request at both the ww pune near Deccan FC Road & Ulhasnagar Sec - 17.

So it's humble request to all of you not to go with such a spurious service provider.
