Dear Sir,

I am using Reliance SIM card for Mobile services. 20 days ago i have applied for portability from Reliance CDMA to Reliance GSM at that time i have paid 100 rs and submitted all required documents i.e copy of PAN, Copy of License, copy of ration card along with my photo.
On submission of above documents they have started my GSM card but after 15 day they have stopped my services without prior intimation to me. For stopping my services they have given me reason that my documents are not proper so kindly re-submit.Therefore i have again re-submitted on 25th January 2012 but still my service is not started.

Kindly take some action on that, due to them i have suffered lot
