I have recharged my mobile (reliance CDMA prepaid) on 20th january 2012 by amount Rs. 333 and after that night when I got up 21st early morning then find my balance reduced by Rs. 60. And getting messages-" your subscription to CRBT service has been activate at rs. 30" and one other"you have been successfully subscribed to good morning greeting service at rs. 30 for 30 days". For this deduction I have contacted to customer service then he replied due to some technical problem we can not give you any information, pls contact after some time. I contact again but gets no suitable response. So I want to know how they activated caller tune and other services without our choice. Is any control on this type of things. What I can do for this please suggest.
