i am holding a reliance connection since the inception of the co. I have a problem of NETWORK WERE I LIVE SINCE INCEPTION, since then i have made several hundred complaints but they all have fallen deaf ear to.My last complaint was on 14th july 2010 my complaint no is 129291320, again the same old reply will be resolved in 14 days but nothing has been done. My mobile no is 09322226837. i live at 7 bungalows ANDHERI MUMBAI 53 were this network problem persist, may you understand how difficult it is to carry on as at least 12 hrs every day one lives in ones residence. I need justice and compensation for my suffering, how can they charge me when they do not provide the services. THIS MAKES THE CO FALL UNDER DEFICENCY OF SERIVCE DUE TO THE PERIOD OF NOT SOLVING PROBLE M FOR 5YRS AND NO NETWORK FOR PRATICALLY 12 HOURS EVERY DAY FOR LAST 5 YRS.
