I kritya gangwar ,I buy a new 3g sim no. 8882258535 for 3g internet and recharged it with 1002 rs for one month unlimited use on 12-01-12. but my services was stopped on 19-01-12. i was called customer care they replied your all services activated with in 24 hr.
upto now this process continue ..there is no solution..everytime they asked me that your services will be activated with in 24 hours..
please do something about it...because this a frond..

I kritya gangwar i have 2 rel. no. 09555742045 and 08882258535

At 9555742045 no. there are 2 sms pack activated at same time and i want to deactivate 1 pack which is 56 rupee monthly based,but rel customer care tells me that in ur no. there is no sms pack activated and they cutting my balance continuously from 1 month...please do any convenient solution regarding this.

And in 8882258535 i had a rel.3g net recharge on 19-2-2012 for 1 month 10 gb data at 21 mbps after that unlimited at 1x speed but problem is that when i am checking my 3g data the there is 2.4 g.b. 3g data r left but speed getting slow and i also complaint about it to rel. then they told there is no balance for 3g use but when i am checking that showing the left 3g data. in December i was written a complaint at consumer court forum for the same no. and at this no. they activated the caller tune when i am calling them to deactivate the reply which i got is same, at your no. there is no. caller tune active.

So please i am requesting you to resolve all these problems ...the are doing frod with customers.
i will be thankful to you.
