    Default reliance communication ltd

i want make complaint against reliance that they are making fool of customer they always activate massage and call in prepaid and in post paid they send wrong bill with fine of late payment.

the height of their bad behavior to customer :is that they abuse their customer when talking to customer care.

i have given application to import my no to Vodafone but they have not imported; they give reason for cancellation that the user is using reliance for less than 90 days .when i talk to reliance customer care regarding the issue as i am using same no from last 4 year they ask me sim no for explaining reason of rejection when i have given that they ask me some rcc no i am unable to under when i say that why it is require than they say that it is must for giving any reason for clarification when i told that u are service provider and u are having every thing so why you want such thing then he replied if you will not provide i will not disclose any fact and i am not going to register your complaint and after some discussion they started abusing me . i am having details to whom i have talked date and tie of discussion.

finally customer care people tell me (dam hai to kara lo no import and they use so many abusive that that i cant say ).

and still i don't have exact reason for cancellation of importing my no to Vodafone .

kindly tell me the legal way how to fight against such problem if service provider is doing any miss behavior with you.

    thanking you
