I want to book a complaint against Reliance Communications. I am using Reliance Mobile since last Six years in Maharashtra region.

Recently I have changed my job & moved to Hyderabad, but I want to continue using the same mobile number ,of course with Roaming charges applicable, as I have built all my contacts with this number only.

I am mostly using this number in my office where signal is very very poor & I am not at all able to use this service provided by Reliance. For the same I booked a compliant in Reliance customer care & they have not solved the problem since last 50 days. My office is number one company of India in IT & the area where this company is comprises of all big IT companies & more than 1 Lac population are working in that area.

The reason that I came to know for not providing the proper service is due to poor signal strength & to improve the signal strength they don't have certain number of customer base.

I think it is not my problem that Reliance is not having enough Customer base where more than 1 lac educated people works. I also want to let you know that talking with Reliance Customer care person again & again for the same complaint was a very tough mental exercise for me as I have booked more than 5 complaints & got many false commitments from Reliance employees .

Hence I want you to have a look into the same & resolve the issue ASAP .
