I am using reliance gsm prepaid connection No : 9994811998

Last month i had made a complaint thro consumer court forum against their sms pack renewal and i got a refund back after two days.

Again this month it was auto renewed. i had to call up customer care, fight with them and finally managed to get back my money threatening them that i would take up this issue with consumer court.

Day before yesterday they activated cricket pack and debited five Rs. I made a complaint vide the complaint no :171529992.I told them pls deactivate the pack even if you cannot refund my 5 rs atleast dont activate again because this is on an everyday basis. Today 03.02.12 afternoon i was still getting the messages from cricket pack. I spoke to one of the floor supervisors and complained about this. He said he will look into the matter, take up this issue with technical department and solve this issue.

To my surprise again today at 08.49 pm this pack was activated again and another 5 rs debited. Thier floor supervisor Ms. Laxmi refused to take the complaint stating that already one complaint is pending and we cannot take up another complaint. I insisted and she finally took up the complaint vide complaint no : 171681258.

I very much think they are purposely doing to some of the customers just to take revenge because we dare to fight back. They are wantedly troubling us on an regular basis.

Under the circumstances i would ask for an compensation for the mental agony they have caused me. Everytime it takes atleast 15 mins to talk to customer care and for every five rupees if i have to spend 15 mins how much of my brain and other parts of the body are affected. Please do the needful.

I am planning to sue them for atleat Rs 5,00,000/= if i receive any further trouble from them.

I am also using an high speed data card of reliance. No: 9380236697 The speed is horrible. I was also promised an holiday package 4 days and 3 nights for a family of four in Goa. They promised to deliver the voucher by mail after i start using the data card.

I have already paid the first month bill but no voucher has come so far. I have also taken up this issue with connect india the people who have sold this data card over the internet.

I am actually fed up with reliance. Mr AMbani has made me a beggar that i have to fight every day with reliance customer care executives. I actually feel bad talking very roughly and harshly with those people.

I will change my mobile no to other operator under MNP scheme but atleast i request the consumer forum people to get me a refund for my data card which i am willing to surrender and go for a better company. I have paid Rs. 999.00 for the data card.
