since last six months i have been complaining for non receipt of my post paid connection itemised bills.
only once i was sent a duplicate bill. on 07.10.11 I had lodged a complaint with customer care of reliance communications vide complaint no. 163064862 for non receipt of bill. i had received a call from relinance communications that from phone no.01139119600 for the due payment. after listening to my complaint they promised me to send the bill along with their executive to collect the payment but they have failed to do comply with. from today the service provider has put a caller message on my phone to remind me the unpaid bill but have been harassing me by not sending my bills since last six months. kindly look into the matter urgently.
