a reliance gsm customer care executive named as ritwik..after attending the call..is annoying a friend of mine
through his personal number..he is using bad language..n threatning her that he will deactivate her number..i have all the proofs..
but this is really ridiculous on the part of such a reputed service provider..hohw can they torture a girl..n misuse her number..even he z saying that if we lodge a complaint against him..nothing would happen..
i want some suggetions..n if consumer court can help me in this case..

Your friend should go to her local police station and file a complaint and provide them with the number where these calls are coming from.
