I bought a CASIO CTK - 2100 keyboard ( product s.no 7072309R) from Reliancedigital Retail Ltd at CMR central in Vishakhapatnam. vide reciept no. Plus#(4971850313656) on 14 Jul 2010.The complete package included the keyboards, adaptor etc.There was no warranty provided on the accessories.After using it carefully for about 45 min to 1 hr a day i noticed sound distortion and the display would blank out thereafter. I reported the matter to reliancedegital which promptly referred me to The CASIO SERVICE CENTRE, GANGA MARKETING VISHAKHAPATNAM. There i was told that the adaptar supplied to me was not original. On going back to Reliancedigital retail Ltd, they refused to repair or replace as there was no warranty for accessories even if they were not geniune.
I feel cheated. Such fraud should be stop and punished.

I understand your feel Mr.Surg Lt Cdr Ashish Chakranarayan but at the same time every organaization has theire norms thats why they reject for replace the adopter. Regarding this you should have to complaint on Brand because if they supplied original adopters then the retailers gives to us original only. They would not like to drop theire reputaion in market like Reliance Digital. So they never try to cheat to customer. And they never want to rise issues like this.

Very Bad service they promise to have the washing machine installed in 2 days from date of purchase and even after 8 days they have not installed the same. Will recommend that no body should buy from Reliance Digital. MUKESH AMBANI IS A CHEAT

I have bought one AC from Reliance digital, Shipra Mall, Ghaziabad. and paid Rs 400 for installation. they committed that engineer will come within 24 Hrs of the delivery. I called so many times to the service center they came after that. During installation they broken the Front grill of the AC. And now they are asking me whenever i call sir we are sending the person for replace it. i am calling them regularly but no response from there side. So i will not recommend to avail any paid installation services or extended warranty from reliance digital.

my grand daughter was called for a drawing competition at brigade millinium puttanhalli 7th phase bangalooru during diwali celebrations
she was selected for the second prize and the organisors gave her 2 gift coupons worth rs 500
my innocent child thoughtshe had actualy won Rs 1000 from reliancedigicom retail
this actually is conning an innocent child and playing with her feelings!!
please be reminded that what you did is SHAMEFUL even if the organisors had taken the coupons at their own descretion
I will return the coupons to RELIANCEDIGICOM RETAIL LTD no 917 x-lane 2nd phase bangelugu
a Rs 100 worth of chocolate would have gone a long way!!!

the fact of payment ins't revelaed to the customer..!!
we suggest that you should provide proper information regarding the offers provided via sms services...
we did not expect such errors by a reputed company like "reliance"....
we expect all the conditions to be informed to the consumer rather then faking all crap offers ...!!
